BIOGRAPHY
Maggi was born and raised in New Jersey and earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from Rutgers University.  Maggi was fortunate to study her last semester of law school at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies located in London, England. Upon graduating, Maggi clerked for a New Jersey Superior Court Judge and was exposed to a high volume of cases weekly.  Maggi successfully passed the Bar Exam and has been devoted to the practice of law since her admission to the New Jersey Bar in 2006.  Maggi proved her leadership ability quickly by becoming the President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Hudson County Bar Association in 2007 and received recognition for her service in 2008.  Maggi also completed an American Bar Association seven-day intensive training trial advocacy in Denver, Colorado in 2009.  For approximately 7 years, Maggi also served part-time as a Municipal Prosecutor in 2 municipalities.  Maggi was also selected as a "Rising Star”, a prestigious designation, in the Super Lawyers Magazine in 2012 and 2017.  Maggi is humbled and grateful to currently serve on the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.  Maggi has been diligently representing clients for more than 10 years and looks forward to serving your legal needs.
